She firmly believes that it is critical for all
caregivers working with a client to be familiar
with their unique needs, habits, moods and
changes, so they are on the same page with
care and treatment. She developed strategies
for handling her consumer's ever-changing
physical and emotional needs, and keeps us
updated so interventions can be
implemented when needed.
