 PLYMOUTH – Voices Against Violence, the local non- profit crisis agency serving east- ern Grafton County, is pleased to announce the appointment of Tina Mulleavey as its newest Executive Director. Tina will be succeeding Executive Director, Meg Kennedy Dugan, who is transitioning to a new profes- sional endeavor. Voices wants to extend a heartfelt thanks to Meg who has led the agency for over a decade, and has made an immense impact on our local community.
Tina brings a wealth of expe- rience and a proven track record of compassionate leadership. Notably, Tina has been an inte- gral part of Voices for nearly two decades, most recently serving as Client Service Coordinator. Tina has played a crucial role in overseeing programmatic and direct services, fostering connec- tions with survivors, and ensur- ing that all individuals seeking assistance receive the utmost respect and dignity.
Expressing her enthusiasm for the role, Tina states, “I am grateful for the opportunity to make a deeper impact at Voices, continuing the vital work to break the cycle of violence in

Meg commends Tina's dedi-
cation, stating, “Tina has a gen- uine passion for the mission of Voices Against Violence, and I leave Voices in capable hands. We could not have chosen a more suitable person to lead the organization, and I am thankful for everyone who has supported us in our mission during my past 11 years at Voices. My gratitude extends to our staff, the Board of Directors, and our volun- teers. I eagerly anticipate the or- ganization's journey in this new chapter.”
Tina is dedicated to tirelessly advancing the mission of Voices, ensuring uninterrupted access to free and confidential services for the community. In addition to maintaining a 24/7 hotline and accompaniment for victims and survivors, Voices provides shel- ter and opportunities for educa- tion and outreach, encouraging local businesses to get involved.
As Voices bids farewell to Meg, the Board of Directors ex- presses its deepest gratitude for her unwavering commitment and tireless efforts in leading the organization over the past 12 years. Meg's impact will un- doubtedly continue to inspire
the organization as they look forward to Tina’s leadership and a new chapter for the organiza- tion.
