NEW ROLES

VERONICA ARIAS

Congratulations on her new role as a Team Lead for the
GELAR organization based in Costa Rica. She joined VMware
in April 2014. During this time she demonstrated a keen
sense of responsibility, great ability to quickly assess

situations and make the right choices and continuous
commitment for the success of the organization.

KHUSHBOO DHANDHANIA

She took over the pivotal role of APJ Operations Lead, on a
secondment replacing Sandhya. She’s one of the most consistent
performers. She had been an integral part of the Velocity team
and the Targeting team prior to that. She has loads of experience
in all major targeting processes, has gained comprehensive
knowledge of end to end operations with Velocity and is best
suited to guide the APJ Operations group. Her strong business
logic and ability to deliver in critical situations makes her stand
apart & we wish her all the success with this new responsibility.

SANDHYA PALUVADI

She took over, on a secondment, as GLAS Engagement Manager [India]
for the remaining 10 months of FY18. She is a veteran with 6 years of
versatile experience in VMware’s WW GLAS Operations. For over 2
years she has been APJ’s go to person for Operations, to start with as
the single point in-charge & later as the geo lead of the team. She and
her team had a big role to play in bringing up the region to the current
degree of operational and business maturity. Never shying away from
challenges, Sandhya is excited to take up the new challenge of an EM
role in one of the key focus countries for GLAS in FY18 – India.
