Steps:
• Everyone stands in a circle, shoulder to shoulder, with their left arm stretched out in front of them toward the center of the circle.
• With their right hand, everyone grabs someone else’s left hand.
• Now, the group is in a big knot and must work together to undo themselves without letting go of hands so that they form a big circle of everyone holding hands.
• Debrief: Did leaders emerge? What was the strategy?

group of individuals.
DESCRIPTION
The team will literally work themselves out of a knot, gaining a deeper understanding of how truly interconnected they are as they work.
