PURPOSE
To celebrate and solidify culture change achievements.
DESCRIPTION
Participants write testimonials about their work experiences related to change in the organization. To be done periodically through out the culture change journey, especially after a major change is instituted and has been in place for a few weeks.
PARTICIPANTS steering, action, neighborhood or household team
TIME 10 minutes
SUPPLIES pens and paper
Steps:
• Ask team members to take five minutes to answer any or all of the following questions: How have you seen your hard work pay off? What would be your advice to others taking these same steps? How has the experience benefitted you? How has it benefitted the elders?
• If meeting in a group, ask participants to share their answers with each other.
• Keep the testimonials on hand to be used as future motivation. They may also be used to pass on their knowledge as other team members make their way through the same steps in their journey.
