PURPOSE PARTICIPANTS
To give participants kudos for their skills, talents and involvement with others.
DESCRIPTION
Each member of the group gives positive feedback to all other members.

TIME 10 minutes
SUPPLIES pens and paper
Steps:
• Each person gets a piece of paper and writes his or her name on the top of it.
• As the facilitator, determine how papers will be passed around the room depending on how participants are seated (up and down rows, in a circle, etc). Ask participants to pass their paper to the next person in the circle or row. That person writes something positive about the person whose name is at the top of the page.
• The papers continue around the circle or rows until everyone has written on every paper and the paper returns to the person whose name is at the top.
• Give folks a few minutes to read and reflect on the comments. Ask everyone to hang on to them a)to encourage them to continue the positive characteristic and behaviors and b)as a pat on the back when they need it.
