She was angrier than him.
If the verb was added instead of being ‘understood’, it would
sound quite wrong:
He was taller than me am.
She was angrier than him was.
Revising spelling

your – you’re
The words ‘practise’ and ‘practice’ are often confused and so
are ‘advise’ and ‘advice’. ‘Practise’ and ‘advise’ are the verbs
and ‘practice‘ and ‘advice’ are the nouns:
You must practise the piano if you are to improve.
There is a cricket practice in the nets today.
I advise you to behave yourself.
She always refused to take advice.
