3.3 Project Requirement Phase

In the requirement phase, the researcher identified suitable and relevant

hardware and software to develop this project based on research of past and
related works by reviewing existing related journals and articles. Table 3.2

shows the requirement phase details.

3.4 Project Analysis and Design Phase

In this phase, the information gathered are analyse and researcher examined

the requirements gathered at previous phase. This includes identifying

functional and non-functional requirements. This phase ensure that all the
requirements are understood and documented. After the requirement are

analysed, the researcher creates a detailed blueprint or design of the system.
This design serves as a roadmap for the implementation phase and provides

clear structure of the project. Several techniques for designing this system are

used such as Use Case Diagram.
