3.5 Gantt Chart
In project management, a Gantt chart is a visual tool that shows how tasks
are scheduled and advance through time. It offers a graphic illustration of
project tasks, their durations, and their interdependencies. Table 3.6 shows
the task involved and weeks taken for task completion.
