The crow stood on the lion's snout, not in disrespect or
dominance; it was a playful act, one that required trust on
both sides. Although each creature is wild, they deeply
understood the impact acting on their impulses would
have on their future. The lion extended to the crow a
healthy heart that gave kindness and understanding. The
crow offered a sharp mind and the ability to forecast
possibilities. The crow and the lion, although challenging
at times, consciously made an effort to retrain their natural
needs and desires because they recognized the potential
their union created and the success that would result.
