Past Position
In the past position, The Hermit represents a time when
you prioritized getting better acquainted with your
spiritual side and practiced connecting with your higher-
self. As the foundation for your current situation, the
Hermit indicates that you naturally find peace from within
and grounded energy during times of conflict.

Present Position
The Hermit in this position indicates that you may be
consciously busying your mind in an attempt to ignore the
advice or wisdom your higher-self is trying to get through
because you know it will require some level of discomfort.
If you have a hard time being alone with yourself, you may
want to consider if meeting the Hermit frightens you, and if
so —why?

Advice Position
When the Hermit appears in the advice position, your
situation will benefit from listening to the guidance your
higher-self offers. You will benefit from removing yourself
from the chatter so that you can receive the messages that
are trying to come through. When you quiet your mind,
what words come through?
