Continuous Improvement, is a philosophy to try to improve our processes, products or services, in which we can use diverse tools and methodologies, due in large part to the constant need to minimize production costs obtaining the same or better product quality and greater profitability, because as we know, economic resources are limited and in an increasingly competitive world at cost level, and in our particular case, in a country with so many challenges, it is necessary for the company to have a system that allows us continuously improve and optimize.
