CRISOD has worked on several initiatives to enhance its operational efficiency and quality. Below are some of the department highlights related to efficiency and quality:

In its effort to drive efficiency and improve quality of its operation, CRISOD established a new KPIs committee to produce a set of KPIs to govern its performance efficiency and quality.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Manual was developed in May 2018 to be the main reference made to assist data owners and individuals to streamline the process of extracting the KPI date, calculating the KPI formula, and reporting the KPIs to the concerned entities.
Other unlisted KPIs e.g. SMS and OE are generated, reported and communicated by the assigned champions or owners, utilizing the main reference for these KPIs (SMS Manual & OE Manual).
