Description
Assigned the ICPO certified trainer from ISTD to conduct the course within CRISOD for 150 employees instead of sending them to Dhahran and avoid the additional costs
CRSCC granted one generic account for CERT System instead of granting access to 12 operators
Five Personal Printers were transferred to DHASIOD.
The gates were fully automated and being controlled by AFU Control Center
CRISOD managed to discontinue providing potable water tankers to
FSF complex in Riyadh Refinery Area
by connecting it to the National Water Company grid. The cost to divert the provider from local vendor to NWC costs 3,200$ for the infrastructures which was already paid under GF Account.
CRISOD managed to discontinue providing drinking water bottles to FSF via local vendor and replaced with water coolers. This initiative was provided by Zaid Ba Salama from GM staff and the cost of purchasing the water coolers and components costs 15,200$ under GF Account.

Benefit
Cost Avoidance/CRISOD normally planned only
2 to 3 employees annually to complete the professional certifications in Dhahran, due to
the lengtht of the course ( one month) and also due to high expenses (housing, per-diem, etc.). CRISOD managed to Assign ICPO certified trainer from ISTD to conduct the course within CRISOD for 150 employees with a huge cost avoidance.
Cost Saving/ CR 911 EC granted one generic account and expected cost saving of $15,063 by the end of 2018.
Cost Saving/ 22 out of 128 personal printers were optimized and returned to IT Department, which will save about $13,013 by the year end.

CRDD to officially close the gates effective January 2019. The expected Cost avoindance starting from 2019 is $715,178.
Cost saving / by November 1st. CRISOD will discontinue water tankers supplies to FSF due
to connecting the complex to NWC grid and by this we would save 15,360 a year which was paid under GF Account for the first 10 months of 2018. The NWC invoices are being paid by RR Department.
Cost saving / by October 1st. CRISOD discontinued providing drinking water bottles
to FSF in RR area and SSSP and replaced it by purchasing water coolers and providing drinking water tankers instead. The cost of drinking water tankers would be almost $2,000 a year under GF Account.
