CRISOD Performance Management creates alignment between three key stakeholders, employees, leaders and Saudi Aramco. It
is the mechanism by which we empower employees to contribute to organizational success, and to fulfil their potential and career aspirations.
performance management program (PMP):
Performance management is an ongoing process of communication between a supervisor and an employee that occurs throughout the year, in support of accomplishing the strategic objectives of CRISOD.
CRISOD completed 100% PMP Initial and Mid-Year Meetings with acknowledgments of all employees.
CRISOD P&P Group prepared a presentation to familiarize all employees about the definition of PMP ratings. Every unit in the department has been assigned to deliver the presentation to all employees and cover the topic of PMP.
20 supervisors from CRISOD have attended leadership courses in the Leadership Center, such as (Performance Management for Leaders, Supervisor Foundation, and Industrial Unit Head Program). The courses helped the front-line supervisors to perceive the meaning of PMP to apply it in the right way.
On October 18, 2018, the Riyadh Personnel Unit conducted a session to target HR support in organizations in the Central Region with topics (Front Line Organization HR support) covering the following subjects: Managing Underperformance, Unauthorized Leave of Absence ā€œZā€ Time, Grievance Cases, and Share Best Practices. 15 employees from CRISOD attended this workshop.
