CRISOD has a department reward and recognition program, as well as division/ unit level reward and recognition programs. These programs are put in place to motivate and encourage CRISOD employees.
individual development plan (IDP):
With the continuous efforts from CRISOD management to develop Individual Development Plans (IDPs) for its new comers PDPs within the first 90 days, department HR successfully managed to secure proper development assignments for 5 PDPs based on job functions, with the aim to assist PDPs with their career paths.
