CRISOD developed a program called Security Tracking, Analysis and Recognition Program, to enhance its security operations performance, and to motivate our workforce to meet the top values of operations excellence.
The following charts represent the first 3 quarters of the 2018 analysis, in regards to categories of CRISOD Operation activities associated with action items:
Performance Management
CRISOD managed to reduce the number
of access denied cases by addressing this issue to all concerned departments of their employees/contractors who haven’t been granted access to SA facilities due to various reasons:
(Without Area Code / Expired Sticker / Vehicle’s Unsafe Condition, etc.)
CRISOD has sent a statistical report of all material without gate pass cases to the proponent departments for their attention and corrective action, which resulted in reducing the number for this category.
