The Line management in charge are CRISOD Frontline Supervisors, responsible for implementing and enabling, through their staff, ISO policies and practices in alignment with Corporate and Business Line objectives and core values. CRISOD focuses on the development of the Frontline Supervisors, providing them with the needed structure, direction, and purpose to their teams, through training and developmental assignments, scheduling regular meetings to discuss progress and related issues, in addition to support in case of any type of organizational culture change.
