CRISOD leadership transformation program:
During September 2018 CRISOD interviewed and assessed twenty (20) potential SLT candidates. The interviews were led by CRISOD management and a representative from ISO HR group. The 20 candidates also went through an online assessment designed to measure their knowledge, skills, and abilities in the field
of security leadership. The interviews and online assessments are exercises conducted with the aim to identify competent potential candidates for the SLT program, ensuring the best fit to guarantee a high ROI.
CRISOD leadership development courses:
20 supervisors from CRISOD have attended leadership courses at the Leadership Center. The courses included: Performance Management for Leaders, Supervisor Foundation, and the Industrial Unit Head Program.
