CRISOD graduation for attendees leadership quality workshop
In collaboration with S&IS HR group, CRISOD hosted the first two sessions of
a planned series of Leadership Quality Workshops, attended by 60 in Riyadh and Pump Station-3, during the month of October 2018. This workshop was
a great learning experience for CRISOD employees (Division heads, Supervisors, Shift Coordinators and potential employees) to get a better understanding about Engagement, Empowerment, Accountability, Building Trust, and PMP Awareness.

CRISOD has developed the Site Visits Internal Guidelines to encourage a culture of conducting site visits, by all management teams to all gates. The guideline will be in effect on December 1, 2018.
