In line with the ISO business need to develop frontline supervisors to fulfill
the gap in leadership. The International Association of Chiefs of Police (IACP) provided two CRISOD SLT personnel with
a hands on experience with U.S. police agencies. The program is seven weeks
long at Montgomery County Public Safety Training Academy in Maryland and its
core competencies are in Leadership, Management and Technical Expertise which help candidates to adopt best practices, handle critical incidents, and understand leadership behavior, and link it with Saudi Aramco’s Four Critical Behaviors.
