CRISOD has exerted its efforts to energize and shape the day to day experiences in the workplace, by motivating employees to ensure they perform better and unleash their hidden potentialities. CRISOD leaders take a genuine interest in their employees’ well-being and performance, as research confirms that no single influence has a greater effect on morale and performance, than feeling valued and appreciated by supervisors.
CRISOD conducted a 2-day Business
Plan 2019-2021 workshop at the Riyadh Rabwah Compound on May 2-3, 2018. The workshop was attended by the CRISOD manager, superintendents, area supervisors, shift supervisors, and several security men. The objective of this workshop was to brainstorm the department’s upcoming challenges, and develop the business plans accordingly.
