E-space conference:
Conduct monthly E-Space conference meetings by all divisions’ heads with security men. These meetings are to engage employees and to be connected with our security men at their working locations, and to hear from them and update them with the necessary information.
• CRISOD management conducted a number of phone calls to security gates, to have brief discussions with security personnel.
awareness video clip:
• CRISOD developed a video clip about the engagement survey, and shared with all CRISOD’s employees to clarify the nature of such a survey.
• CRISOD has prepared a presentation that was shared with all CRISOD’s employees. The objective of this presentation
was to elevate the knowledge of
security personnel in regard to CRISOD accomplishments and efforts, to reach a better operational excellence level during 2018.
