‘’Hmhhhhh,” says the troll. “OK, Baby Goat, you can walk over my bridge.” ‘’Thank you!’’ says the Baby Goat, and he walks over the bridge. Soon the Mummy Goat sees Baby Goat eating the green grass. “Look at that!” says Mummy Goat. “That grass is long. That grass is green. That grass is for me! I can get to that grass when I go over the bridge.” Mummy Goat walks onto the bridge. But she doesn’t know that a troll lives under the bridge. The troll hears something. “Hello! This is my bridge! Who are you?” he shouts. Mummy Goat is afraid. She is very afraid. She says: “I am Mummy Goat.” ‘’Where are you going?’’ asks the troll. ‘’I am hungry! I want to eat the green, green grass.’’ says Mummy Goat. “I am hungry, too and I want to eat YOU! Come here!” yells the troll. “Oh, Mr. Troll, please don’t eat me! Wait for the next goat. He is big! Wait and eat him!” begs the little goat. ‘’Hmhhhhh,” says the troll. “OK. Mummy Goat, you can walk over my bridge.” ‘’Thank you!’’ says Mummy Goat, and she walks over the bridge. Soon Daddy Goat sees them eating the green grass. “Look at that!” says Daddy Goat to himself. “That grass is long. That grass is green. That grass is for me! I can get to that grass when I go over the bridge.” Daddy Goat walks onto the bridge. But he doesn’t know that a troll lives under the bridge.
