Congressman Mike Lawler represents New York’s 17th Congressional District and is a proud member of the Albanian American Congress Caucus. Throughout his service in Congress, he has been a strong advocate for strengthening U.S.–Albanian relations and supporting the aspi- rations of Albanians in the Balkans for freedom, democracy, and prosperity. Congressman Lawler has worked closely with Albanian American com- munity leaders to ensure their voices are heard in Washington and has supported initiatives that promote security, economic cooperation, and the protection of Kosovo’s sovereignty.
His commitment to the Albanian American com- munity reflects his belief in the shared values of liberty, opportunity, and partnership between the United States and the Albanian people.
