GOALS
OUR END GAME
The ultimate goal is to see Wisconsin’s workforce reflect the same
diversity and talent that makes up the population. Especially in regards
to the African-American male population which has statistically been the most underrepresented group in Wisconsin’s major companies. We aim to do this by providing accelerated pathways to career success, access to large network of key leaders, and strategically personal mentorship methods. Not only do we provide opportunities above and beyond the average program, but our attention to the needs of this specific demographic makes MKE Fellows one of the most unique and successful initiatives in the nation.
