Website Tip - Keeping in Touch with Community Friends
The Retreat is closed for now, but our Community Website is still active. It can help you reach out to friends you may not have seen for
awhile or help you find suggestions for things to do. The website address is www.theclubatwestparkca.com. If you have trouble logging
in, contact Shannon and she will have someone help you. Here are some suggestions.

Directory
The link for our resident directory is located in the “Connecting” dropdown. It can help you find residents even if you don’t remember
their full name. You can even look them up by their address.
Where it says “Select”, choose the criteria you want to search for. Where it says “Contains” you can select different ways to search for
someone. “Contains” is the default because it allows you to be less precise than “Equals”. In the blank box, type what you want to
search for.

Home Page Icons
If you click “Let’s Go” on the three images on our home page they will take you to current information.
Upcoming Events: This is where you can get a view of things Shannon and the Board have scheduled, including date/time, brief de-
scription, and the Zoom link when there is one.
Current Courier: This link is a quick way to view the Current Courier in its online version.
Calendar: Shannon and the Board are still scheduling events here in our community. We are trying to include Zoom links in the Calen-
dar as soon as they are known. If you click the Category dropdown and select Zoom Meetings/Classes it will show only the Zoom
events that are currently scheduled. That will help you see what is going on NOW.

Community News
This is found under the “Connecting” tab. Information is posted here to keep you informed about what is happening in our community,
including Covid-19 news and information about our upcoming Board election.

Neighbor to Neighbor
This is found under the “Connecting” tab. This is a Blog. It is only open to our community residents. You can post questions for your
neighbors here or respond to questions from others. If you wish to start a new topic, email Shannon. The link to her email is available on
the right side of the page.

Groups
Look for your favorite special interest groups. Some are currently scheduling Zoom Meetings. We are encouraging them to include the
Zoom links on the Group page.

Please be sure the office has your email. Shannon and the Board can not keep you informed about Community events if they
don’t have your email. They can ensure that your email is not made visible on our website directory or in the print directory.
