COMMITTEES:
4515 (Petitioning & Assembly Rules): The 4515 Committee has completed its chartered task of updating
our rules to comply with Civil Code Section 4515. The updated language is going through legal review, and The Retreat Facility Hours
will be submitted to the Board at its next regular meeting for distribution to the community for comments. Monday - Saturday 8 a.m. - 9 p.m.
Sunday 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Interior Design: This committee has met with the contractor and has offered its opinions and suggestions
regarding preferable color palettes. The contractor will be bringing some carpet samples to the Retreat for
the Design Committee’s next meeting sometime in the near future. The Gym is available to Residents 24
Management Search: This committee was a suggestion of one of the Members, and will be chartered to hours a day with a 24-hour Access Card.

Painting: The Painting Committee has really been chugging along since its inception. They have a 90 day
charter targeting inspections for the first 60 days followed by 30 days of administrative follow-up. As of Board of Directors
