Why do emails say “Replies Not Accepted”?
The new vendor software does not accept replies when they are sent with the Email Publisher. The Email Publisher uses filters that can find the mem-
bers associated with any Shared Interest Group (SIG) or with our Community. The SIG leaders and the Office Staff depend on these filters to send out
group communications.

So what do you do if you are a SIG leader and you would like to get feedback or would like to allow your members to ask questions about an email? If
you are a SIG leader or part of the office staff, it is important that you include an email link in the email that your members can use if they need to re-
spond.

What do you do if you want to reply to a club email? You need to look for an email link within the email. Selecting reply will NOT work. The sender
will not get your reply. If your SIG leader did not include an email link, please ask them to do so.

RSVP Feature
To help us comply with the Fire Marshall assigned capacity limits on each room at the Retreat, more of the scheduled meetings will ask you to RSVP.
It is very important that you do so or you may find yourself excluded from a meeting you would like to attend. If we have accurate counts, the office
can more likely plan for the correct size room so we don’t have to turn anyone away.

If you are a Communication Director for a SIG, go to the ClubatWestPark website and navigate to Docs & Forms > Committees > Com-
munity Connections > Training Documents > CommCon RSVP for directions on how to send an RSVP.

If you are are a resident and receive an RSVP, how do you respond?
1. Click the link included in your invite. It will ask you to login to our website and then take you to the RSVP to respond.
2. If you prefer, you can go to the website first and check Upcoming Events for the event you are interested in. Then click “RSVP for this Event”. It
will take you to the RSVP form.
3. Your SIG communication director may have included the link on the User Group page. If so you can look for the group in the Group’s dropdown
menu and click the RSVP link.

The RSVP Form
The form does NOT show all the questions at once, but displays questions based on each answer. Remember to SUB-
MIT at the bottom when you are done.

1. You MUST enter something in the Address field.
2. Total People Attending may not show up if the person creating the form did not include that. If they did include
that, it will only show up after you click Yes. If you click No, no more questions will appear.
3. Other questions may be added by the person creating the form and they would show up only after you click Yes.
