This 3D hanging knot formation is made by tying a 3D button knot to
59the knot body cord of a pan chang knot.

TYING INSTRUCTIONS
1. Make a 3D button knot for the top part of the formation.
2.To make the main knot, tie a pagoda-shaped modified pan chang knot. On
both sides of this main knot and on the cord section of the main knot body
below the 3D button knot, tie a brocade knot. Extend the outer loops of the
round brocade knot into cloverleaf knots.
3.To add grace to the tassel, tie two cloverleaf knots on its bottom part.
