Conditions

Tenant have to pay 1 month room rate or total on the reservation date in-advance.

Security deposit shall be collected on the reservation date or upon arrival and return on

departure date subject to damages or breakages in the unit or default the rental agreement .

Extending stay shall require to stay up to 30 days. Otherwise, room rate will be calculated

for daily rate. Tenant have to inform at least 3 days in-advance.

Rental quoted price is in Thai Baht. All Booking Fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Early termination of contract will be charged with termination penalty in full amount of

security deposit except the tenant already paid in total amount.
