ROOM CLEANING SERVICE CONDITIONS

1. In regards to cleaning service have 2 types of the service, the standard cleaning procedure covers the

living room, bedroom, bathroom and balcony floor. However, kitchen area, refrigerator and balcony area

will be charged more 150THB. as the premium cleaning.

2. Cleaning service reservation is required at least 24 hours in advance.

3. Housekeeping and the management shall not bear any responsibility in case of any loss or damage of

valuable item in your room. You shall have full responsibility to keep them in a safe place.

4. In regards to change cleaning schedule, please advance inform before 1 day.

5. Cancellation is Non-Refundable
