Operations Manager
Manages all activities related to the
branch operations and the processing of
company products.

Minimum requirements
•BA/BS Degree in Management, Supply
Chain or Industrial Engineering or High
School diploma with 4-6 years of job
related experience. MBA desired but not
required
•Proven success in implementing Lean
Manufacturing: VSM, Kaizen, 5S, and
Poke Yoke
•Working knowledge of ERP systems.
•Strong knowledge of OSHA require-
ments and transforming a safety culture.
•Strong computer skills including Micro-
soft Office Outlook and Excel
•Detail orientated and results driven
•Able to work independently or with a
team
•Reliable work history - Sheet metal
fabrication experience is desired
•trong work ethic and leadership skills
•Must be able to pass all pre-employ-
ment testing including drug screen,
physical, and Physical Abilities Test (PAT).
