                 Manager tool. The present offers us a wide portfolio of ways for us to interface with our
                 customers from the tried and true of EDI, Part Manager, and Consignment Manager to
                 the new Kloeckner Assistant and Direct 2.0. The future looks at ways that we improve
                 the lives and end to end productivity of our suppliers, our customers, and ourselves
                 by making smart investments in digital tools, training, and infrastructure. Whether it’s
                 reading PDFs or DXF files, providing mill certificates and bills of ladings to customers
                 online, or drastically reducing order entry time, the future of our organization hinges on
                 our ability to provide superior service by leveraging technology.
