KLOECKWORKS “The single biggest problem with

Internal communication is a crucial component of every
organization. In times like these, it’s imperative that all em-
ployees are informed and engaged around the strategy,
industry news, and policies that affect the organization.
It’s also imperative that our leadership has the ability to
solicit and receive feedback and ideas from everyone in
the organization. We at Kloeckner have many methods of
communication such as meetings, e-mail, Yammer, Sha-
repoint, and even television screens; however, there are
gaps and shortcomings in all of the channels listed above.

To help tackle this problem, Kloeckner has created Kloe-
ckwork, our internal engagement application. Kloeckworks
is primarily designed to facilitate 2-way engagement be-
tween employees and leadership while also providing ea-
sier access and answers to common questions. The hi-
ghlights of the app in its current form include the following:

1. The latest Kloeckner, Industry News &
Events
2. Anonymous Feedback to Senior Lea
dership
3. Surveys
4. Metal Weight Calculator
5. Access to Documents from HR, Benefi
ts, Compliance, Safety, etc.

Currently, Kloeckwork is available on the App Sto-
re for iOS devices (iPhone & Ipads) and will be availa-
ble in the Android Store soon. Once you install the
application, just sign in with your network password. (PHOTO)

Our goal is to have everyone install the applica-
tion and take a few minutes each week to stay aligned
with the latest critical updates and provide feedba-
ck to management on various issues. We also have
some cool features in the pipeline which we are ex-
cited about as well that we think will be very helpful.
