Evaluation Assessments
Psychoeducational Profile - Third Edition (PEP-3). A revision of the popular instrument that has been used to assess the skills
and behaviors of children with autism and communicative disabilities who function between the ages of 6 months to 7 years. The profile graphically charts uneven and idiosyncratic development, emerging skills and autistic behavioral characteristics; assists in the educational programs of young children (ages 3 through 5) and in planning for older students’ education. The PEP–3 now includes a Caregiver Report that helps teachers in assessment. Revised function domains reflect current research and clinical concerns. The kit now comes with all of the toys/materials needed (except food, drink and light switch). Extensive normative data collected from 2002 to 2003 with large samples of autistic compared with typical children. Clearly de- fined 0, 1 and 2 scoring enhances accuracy. Complete Kit: a manual, Guide to Item Administration, picture book, 10 examiner scoring/ summary booklets, 10 response booklets, 10 Caregiver Report forms and an Object Kit—all in a sturdy storage box. 0816-23-206 P EP-3 Complete Kit $799.95 0816-23-214 E xaminer Scoring/Summary Booklets (10) $49.95 0816-23-222 C aregiver Report Forms (10) $34.95 0816-23-230 R esponse Booklets (10) $34.95
Test of Visual-
Motor Skills-3
(TVMS-3). This
brand new revision
of the TVMS assesses
how well a person
can coordinate
visually guided fine-
motor movements to
copy a design. The
TVMS-3 is used to
determine whether there are any systematic distortions or gross inac- curacies in the copied design that could be the result of deficits in visual perception, motor planning and/or execution.
New to this revision:
• A simplified scoring system (no ruler or protractor needed). • Lower and upper levels have been combined.
• No alternate scoring method.
• National norms.
• Age-range extended to 90.
• Administration time is 30-45 minutes.
• Results are expressed as a general accuracy standard score. 0815-46-696 Test of Visual-Motor Skills-3 $209.95 0815-46-712 T VMS-3 Booklets, 15 pk. $81.95 0815-46-720 T VMS-3 Forms, 15 pk. $28.95

Developmental Assessment of Young Children - Second Edition (DAYC-2). A popular test used to identify children from birth through 5-11 years of age who have possible delays in cognition, com- munication, social-emotional development, physical development and adaptive behavior. Each domain reflects an area mandated for assess- ment and intervention for young children in IDEA. Examiners may test only the domains that interest them or test all five domains for a mea- sure of general development. In the arena assessment, each discipline can use the evaluation tool independently. DAYC-2 is normed on a na- tional sample of 1,832 children; characteristics of the normative sample approximate the 2010 census. Standard scores, percentile ranks and age equivalents are provided for each domain. Complete Kit includes Examiner’s Manual; 25 each of Cognitive, Communication, Physical Development, Social-Emotional Development and Adaptive Behavior Scoring Forms; a pack of 25 Mini Posters of Early Child Development Chart, 3E; and 25 Examiner Summary Sheets—all in a sturdy storage box.

Test of Gross Motor
Development (TGMD-2). Assists
you in identifying children ages
3 through 10-11 who are
significantly behind their
peers in gross motor skill
development. Made up
of 12 skills (six for each
subtest):
• Locomotor: run, gallop, hop, leap, horizontal jump and slide
• Object Control: striking a stationary ball, stationary dribble, kick,
catch, overhand throw and underhand roll
Detailed descriptions and illustrations of the gross motor skills and a simplified scoring system allow quick and easy administration of the test (in only 15 to 20 minutes). You can use the results of this assess- ment to develop instructional programs, monitor progress, evaluate treatment, and conduct further research in gross motor development. 5555-92 Complete Kit $186.80
