working part leads up and away from you. Wrap the working part around
the hand and back across the first turn with the working part hanging
behind, as shown.
2. Carry the working part up and over the first turn and weave it under the
bight at right. Pull the entire length of the working end through the bight—
as you will do in all subsequent weaving steps.
