Traci Foreman

Global Operations Mobilization Lead

Perseverant & Strategic” are the two words that come up often, when Traci Foreman describes traits key

to her role as Global Operation Mobilization Lead. Traci is deeply rooted with Accenture since 1995 and

enjoyed the diverse experience with the varied roles that she has been part of. Recently she took the helm

of one of the most effervescent, dynamic and quantum workforce “Team Mobilization” in September’2018.
Prior to this Traci was managing the Products Portfolio as North American Infrastructure Outsourcing

Delivery Lead.

Traci loves to take up challenges and work with
people from different geographies and culture. She
describes herself empathically as “decisive’, Driven
may be a more apt word. While at work she is all
focused and ambitious, her personal life takes tale and
she manages both the roles seamlessly. Traci is
married for 24 years to Erik and is a mother of 4 lovely
children, including 3 adopted and 1 biological.

Perhaps the most poignant element of Traci is her passion and affection for children. And we can witness
her humanitarian works of visiting an orphanage with her team whenever she visits Bangalore. She
intends to set up an organization that supports children that are close to “aging out” of the foster system.
These are children in their late teens who once turn 18 will likely not be supported by the foster system.
The organization would provide domestic (cooking, balancing checking accounts, etc.) skills, job training
and internships, etc. Besides children, she volunteers for an organization that assists pregnant homeless
women. Traci has tremendous respect for people who make an impact to the larger community beyond
work.
