                   •  Sang & showed high & low pitches of “Serra Serra Serrador” & “Seesaw”
                   •  Learned a new song about playing outside, “What Shall We Do When We All Go
                       Out?” and made up verses
                   •  Played rhythm sticks to the rhythm of “Engine, Engine”
                   •  Saw a performance on a stringed instrument from Turkey, oud

               Lesson Begins: MM introduces the word, song & instrument of the week


                              Word:  forte & piano – loud & soft in Italian

               Warm-Up:
                   •  Frankie Dance: head & tail motion – rock spine back-forth, side-side, fold at
                       the waist, roll up slow
                          o  Upper Body: figure eights, wave, swim, backstroke, raise the roof

                          o  Lower Body: hug a tree, high knees, little kicks, heel touches, toe
                              touches, crisscross jumps, Big X
                   •  Hamster Wheel: fast & slow in both directions
                   •  Vocal Warm-Up: speak, whisper, shout, sing
                   •  Calm Body
