               Warm-Up:

                   •  Frankie Dance: Big X – dance with one side of body at a time
                          o  Horizontal Eye Tracking: stretch arms out, follow a thumb across the
                              body, opening/closing a giant book
                          o  Vertical Eye Tracking: lizard crawl, watching thumbs
                   •  Wash Windows
                   •  Vocal Warm-Up: speak, whisper, shout, sing
                   •  Calm Body
