Cool Cucumber
Sandwiches

These sandwiches are light and refreshing, and have great health benefits. Cucumbers are
incredible for skin health, weight loss, hydrating, fights infllammation, helps releive stress,
and more! Dill also has many health benefits including digestion aid, lowering cholestoral, and
treating depression.
Ingredients
Two slices of whole wheat bread
Sliced cucumber
Sliced radishes
Plain cream cheese (or vegan cream cheese),
enough to smear one slice of bread
Fresh dill
Salt
Pepper
Instructions
In a bowl, mix together the cream cheese and
dill. Spread on one of the slices of bread. Place
the sliced cucumbers and radishes on the
other slice and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Assemble the sandwich.
