This 10-year old community is re-inventing their
community through the eyes of their national consumers.
Keeping a unique draw & culture is important to this
property & location. A huge re-branding effort, along
with snapshots into how the interiors could completely
transform, included feedback from the Residents.

The primary FOCUS was on the public spaces for
Independent Living, which included the Lobby, Lounge,
Dining Rooms, and creating a new Wellness Reception,
Salon and new Café/Bakery IDEAS as new offerings to
draw in the public.

Schematic Design SKETCHES as shown are key tools for
planning for the future and provide snapshots on how the
spaces can be transformed.
