This sister project for the developer had back-to-back construction schedules to get the interior renovations underway.
828 stabilized quickly, single sourcing vinyl plank and carpeting throughout Commons and Corridors for quick
improvements. Partnering with furniture vendors to provide shorter lead times helped the projects success!
