828 continues the journey of DESIGN by supporting all
team members as they near the finish line. This is a
critical time in this design phase where we can really
save the Owner money. Designers can often field and fix
the “oops” that might have got looked over and help in
tightening coordination to avoid paying extra costs “after
the fact.” Whether is be coordinating Clean Wall Plans
for device free zones for future artwork, Power Plan
markups for electrical coordination, RFI’s, Submittals
and/or Shop Drawings to assist the Architect and
Contractor in the finishing details- we go that extra mile
to make the process easy and provide timely review of
product.

Important Site Visits:
1.) During the stud framing, prior to contractor rough-ins
2.) During the initial finish, trim & millwork installation
3.) Overall (PUNCH) as construction being completed
