Stunning southwestern architecture sets the stage for a sophisticated, urban-life interior envelope.
Besides the neutral palettes of the Sonoran Desert landscape, the furnishings were key in fitting out this
dramatic building. Custom seating was a must to fit the senior ergonomics from the front lobby &
rotunda area, all the way to the exterior dining and lounge pool settings. Typical running-line seating
would not fit the scale of these high-volume spaces. Creative liberties were given by the
Developer/Owner and the design team was pushed for innovative elements and aesthetics, giving this
project and unforgettable experience.
