This strategically planned renovation projected kicked off construction July 2019. Anticipated completion December
2019. Areas of scope- new finish, furnishings in Commons & Corridors. Below Corridor depicts design tools of color-
splashing a photograph of existing corridor and application of new paint to show new dramatic change from old to
new. New carpet is currently being installed in corridors as well to compliment the new interior envelope.
