Visualizing is a KEY component to getting all stakeholders
involved on board and on the same page. 828 develops,
early on, strong imagery that then follows into 2D & 3D
sculpting, like these preliminary sketches shown.
A combination of software, including REVIT & Photoshop
are used to get these preliminary “snapshots” into the
early common spaces. The spaces start to take shape,
following Schematic Design, and these promote buy-in
and approval from the Owner. Formal documentation
follows once approved and/or tweaked.
Progression in interiors is a nice way to swap out
marketing material as sales continue. In lieu of showing
full-blown renderings early on, this gives the marketing
team the advantage of inviting future residents back to
keep that depositor committed.
