This modern, urban living development was nestled
downtown Seattle creates a beautiful living envelope.
The original two SKYRISE towers consisted of an
Independent Living Tower of 26 Floors and a Health
Center with 14 Floors. The natural backdrop of Olympic
Mountain set the stage for breathtaking dining views and
outdoor living. Each floor was carefully designed with
the Bagua Mag and Feng Shui principles drove design
elements and furniture placement. The colors from this
map was a source of wayfinding used for each floor.
Details were not missed as careful selections
complements the spaces in the furnishings and artwork.
A Skyline Club showcased 270-degree views to the bay.
