THOUGHT | PROCESS

|DESIGN| is an expression. One form of expression is to
“Tell a Story.” This is a fundamental builder of
relationships - What’s your STORY? 828 develops a
personal story/concept boards unique to your
community to compliment the architectural envelope.
This guides the design from the very beginning all the
way to the furniture installation & move in.

From a marketing standpoint, these very often can be on
display (in marketing center) to help in early pre-sales
where “The Story” begins. Residents can start to
visualize the process and what the community may
begin to look like and watch it take shape.

Other forms of early-on expression comes through in
narrative form. Space-by-space, crafting an interior
envelope for the contractor, starts putting placeholders
and allowances in for the design team to work their
magic. The art of sculpting spaces starts early on with a
strong CONCEPT.
