Expansion Project

Independent Living & Memory Care

This Life Planned Community Expansion project is
nestled in the middle of Lake County and is projected to
expand around their lake front property with
construction starting in 2020. Sixty new Independent
Living Casita Homes, 16-Plex’s with a 4-story resident
living building and Commons space will wrap around the
lake with walking paths. A new stand-alone Memory
Care building is also planned. In effort for marketing
pre-sales our team has collaborated with Green Grass
Studios to design these wonderful renderings of a typical
residential IL apartment offering. Lakeside Living in casual
comfort is driving the design styles with a Florida
craftsman influence form the architectural elements. The
idea of capturing the organic natural environments
surrounding the property drives design decisions to
implement rich textures and materials in the newly
planned community. Stay tuned for updates and
